According to ancient spiritual beliefs, the universe is in a constant state of creation. Multidisciplinary artist, designer, and author Geronimo Burneo believes that our human souls are designed to be an active part of this ongoing process, a power often stifled when society or our own egos attempt to limit us with labels and systemic blocks. Operating at the intersection of strategic design and immersive performance, his mission is to help readers navigate the rebel ship of their personal projects, transforming creativity from a mere hobby into a worthy responsibility.
Geronimo’s work goes beyond aesthetic experimentation. It is designed to provide both compelling escapism and tangible solutions, ensuring that every reader leaves with a new framework for understanding themselves and their creative potential:
The RESTLESS Guide:
A non-fiction series providing practical frameworks to help you develop a unique brand for your personal projects and honor your own creative path. This reflects the philosophy of "purposeful creativity" he champions through RESTLESS, a venture launched at the European Innovation Academy in Porto.
The GEYTER Universe:
A transmedia saga that explores post-pandemic metamodernism. Crafting an epic story paired with experimental electronic dance music specifically for the outsiders of the EDM scene, this project utilizes innovative sound design and storytelling infused with ancient knowledge, from Hermetic principles and astrology to the Kabbalah, to stimulate those looking for more than a simple beat.
Holding Ankles:
A near future dystopian gay science fiction series that introduces the "Core-Viability Loop," a powerful framework for anchoring oneself during moments of intense emotional stress.
Geronimo's journey is rooted in a foundational background in advertising and graphic design. Recognized as a "Top Designer" at USFQ and an Effie College award winner, his early career shaped global brands like Fanta and Forever 21. However, a significant pivot occurred during an innovation bootcamp where he realized that ego is the biggest enemy of creativity. This epiphany led him to abandon ego-driven creation in favor of a more noble task: helping others realize the true power they hold at their fingertips.
He evolved his practice through a Master’s in Multimedia Creation for the Stage, bringing his technical precision and joyful curiosity into the physical world. This transition led to his participation at international platforms, including the MICME Interactive Art Festival, the European Performing Science Night with Fundación Épica La Fura dels Baus, and premiering a Spanish Opera with the CosmoZarza collective at the CosmoCaixa Museum in Barcelona.
Whether he is manipulating pixels, producing soundscapes, or writing his next book, Geronimo invites you to stop letting society box your creativity in.
